EGSA Alger came into being on 11 August 1987 by presidential decree No. 173-87. Under the supervision of the Algerian Ministry of Transportation, its mission is to manage, develop and operate all Algeria airports open to public air traffic.

Houari Boumediene Airport
Houari Boumediene Airport also known as Algiers Airport, is an International Airport serving the capital of Algeria, Algiers. It is located 16.9 km east southeast of the city. The airport is named after Houari Boumediene a former President of the country. Under French rule, Dar El Beida, the area where the Airport is situated was known as Maison Blanche. The airport has a 7,000 capacity car park. The Algiers Metro will connect the Airport with the center of Algiers. This connection is planned to be completed. It is a public type of airport.

Facilities: The international terminal at the airport has pharmacy,  a hairdresser saloon, luggage shops, fun games and a newspaper station.

It has a car parking capacity space that can accommodate over 900 cars, a taxi stand, a boarding area of 5,000 sq m, with a 7 gates, luggage delivery area, and lounges for premium passengers.

Touat-Cheikh Sidi Mohamed Belkebir Airport is a public airport located 11 km southeast of Adrar, the capital of the Adrar province, Algeria.
