Adventure Benin Holiday Tours

Welcome to our section of Benin holiday tours

Are you and adventurous holiday traveler? Want to discover the most exciting side of West Africa? Benin is the choice. Benin offers a wealth of attractions for adventure holiday travelers. Our Benin holiday tours introduce you to a country flourishing with an extraordinary and astonishing history.

river-niger-cruises

River Niger Cruises

A country a variety of holiday options ranging from camel riding, desert camping, river cruises along the Niger River, attending cultural festivals and dances to wilderness safaris and offer a fascinating insight to this often overlooked West African country.
Enthusiastic travelers to Benin usually commence their holiday tours by exploring Abomey Museum also known as the Royal City; the capital of Dan-Home. Captivating Benin holidays usually involve visiting this famous city to discover a tremendous sophistication of Benin history and cultures that were virtually destroyed by the trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
For the nature admirers, the country boasts numerous enticing tourist attractions for holidaymakers. We recommend a visit to Natitiogou, an area that has castle-type Tata-Sombas. There are also traditional huts of the Tanekas and other tribes in the North.

pendjari-safari-kobs

Pendjari Safari Kobs

Still in the north are two national major wildlife conservation areas that form the backbone of Benin wildlife safaris and travel. Natitiogou is of vital wildlife significance in the whole of West Africa because of two parks namely Pendjari National park and W national park. The parks habour a rich varied of species of mammals such as baboons, lions, elephants, water buffalo and many others. Benin holiday trekkers should also expect to observe numerous species of birds as well, although more interesting birds are more common along the coasts and Benin beaches.
Benin is surrounded in the northeast by the Niger River and still collaborates with the bigger Airli-W-Singou complex to have conservancies that enclose the national of the Niger River that conforms to a W shaped series of bends. River cruises are so common along the river and can be exceptionally enthralling. This is one of the highlights of visiting Benin and indeed the whole of West Africa.
Benin is culturally diverse with a population that is divided erratically between a Christian majority and a Muslim minority. The diversity of Benin cultures levels the country as a top hospitable place for leisure vacations. On your Benin vacation trip, you may want to interact with the local people and join them in their traditionally drum-accompanied music, dances and art festivals. These festivals have an original West Africa touch that they tend to draw several seasonal travelers to watch.

The country may look actually a small country compared to the other African holiday destinations but the benefits for holidays in Benin especially for the adventure enthusiasts are huge. Enjoy your Benin holidays!
