It is set up along the lines of the traditional hunting safari bush camp, so there are no permanent structures like bar or restaurant or swimming pool – this is real camping in the bush.

Tsavo Safari Camp is a green oasis on the Athi River. It has 30 tents and six bandas all set close together in a row along the river. They are well-shaded by mature trees. Small gardens of indigenous flowers and exotic plants are scattered in amazingly green lawns, a sharp swimming pool is a refreshing treat. The focal point of the camp is the stone and thatches bar/dining area on two sides to garden and river.
