Kenya has three international airports and these include the following;

Moi International Airport (MBA): Moi Airport is an broad airport in Kenya that handles over eighteen airlines flight traffic that fly non-stop to and fro Africa and Europe; it operates flight connections to about destinations in the East African Community and its neighbours. The airport is prominent in handling flights to Mombasa, a region which is a much sought tourist hub. Recently, the airport was expanded to handle long haul international flights.

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA): Jomo Kenyatta (formerly Embakasi Airport) is the biggest Airport in East and Central Africa, and is the focal point for major aviation activity in the region. Its importance as an aviation centre makes it the pacesetter for other airports in the region. Located 18km to the East of Nairobi, the airport is served by 49 airlines and has non-stop connections to Europe, the Middle East, Far East and Africa.

Eldoret International Airport (EDL): The airport is located about 16km south from the town Eldoret in Eldoret region. Currently the airport has three scheduled international cargo flights and several ad hoc freighters a week. The Airport was built with the vision of achieving accelerated travel tourism and international travel, through integration and opening up of the Western region to local and international markets.
