Visa and Passport Tips

British passport holders do not need visas to get into Morocco. Your stay as a visitor is restricted to three months, but may be extended at a Moroccan police station. The majority of Western Sahara isn’t that great for travel as it is under military control and hence restricted. Touring areas outside recognized tourist regions isn’t recommended for safety reasons.

Entry requirements:

  • No visa required for stay up to three months for North Americans and Europeans.
  • Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel.
  • Your passport must be valid for six months following date of entry.
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within five days.
