Kruger National Park is located in South Africa, the eastern half touches Mozambique and the northern tip touches Zimbabwe. The park spans over an area of 7,332 sq miles. Established in 1898 as a sanctuary for protecting wildlife from extinction due to hunting, Kruger National Park is one of the most famous safari destinations in South Africa, and Africa in whole.
The Park can be divided into three sections: the south, central and the north.
