Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) is one of the three major commercial banks in Kenya with assets amounting to more than US$2 billion. This celebrated financial service operator is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

The bank has over 150 branches throughout the country alone, making it the largest banking network in the region. It boasts the largest number of own-branded Auto Teller Machines (ATMs) in Kenya. KCB expansion has been consistent all time. It has recently come into a partnership with Pesa Point to increase customer money-access points. Since 2004 all of the branches in Kenya have been rebranded as part of a wider corporate branding exercise.

It is an active bank in sponsoring sports such as the Annual KCB Pearl of Africa Rally in Uganda. What drives it wide performance in the banking sector mostly is its pronounced slogan; ‘Making the difference’.

In pursuit of its Vision of being the most preferred financial solutions provider in Africa, in May 2006 the bank extended its operations to now recovering Southern Sudan to provide conventional banking with about has six subsidiary centres.
